The Special meeting of the Kankakee Area Career Center Executive Committee, Kankakee County, State of Illinois was called to order on February 16, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.

PUBLIC COMMENT

None

CLOSED SESSION:

A motion was made by Mr. Hogan, seconded by Ms. Russert at 11:01 a.m., to move to closed session to consider the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity. 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1), as amended by P.A. 93-0057.

Re-Open Session:

The meeting was called back into session at 11:12 a.m.

ACTION ITEM:

A motion was made by Mr. Hogan, seconded by Ms. Russert at 11:13 a.m. to adopt the Remediation Plan for Teacher 2010-A. Motion carried by unanimous roll-call vote.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Ms. Russert, seconded by Mr. Palan at 11:14 a.m. to adjourn. Motion carried by unanimous roll-call vote.
