KACC furnishes the following items:

·         Computer testing/tutoring program materials for theory work

·         All product used in their classroom training as well as all product used to service clients in the clinic lab

·         All specialized equipment used in the clinic lab facility

KACC School of Cosmetology is not responsible for lost or stolen equipment and supplies. A locker with a combination lock is provided for each student upon enrollment. It is the student's responsibility to maintain equipment in proper working order, to have equipment in the school at all times, to take proper security precautions to prevent accidental breakage or theft. Students must replace equipment items that become lost, stolen, or broken.

Students may not store equipment in the clinic lab facility. Clinic lab stations are shared by 3 - 4 different groups of students during the regular school day. It is impossible to maintain security if equipment is not locked up properly. It a student withdraws from the program, KACC School of Cosmetology will store that student's equipment for a maximum period of 30 days. After 30 days, the equipment will be disposed of.

Students may not loan their equipment to another student. STUDENTS MAY NOT USE ANY LOCKER OTHER THAN THE ONE ISSUED TO THEM UPON ENROLLMENT. STUDENTS FAILING TO ADHERE TO THESE GUIDELINES ARE RISKING DISCIPLINEARY MEASURES AND POSSIBLE SUSPENSION FROM THE PROGRAM. Students who fail to purchase required equipment are risking suspension from the program. All fees must be paid to allow a student to continue their education.

I have read and agree to comply with the guidelines concerning equipment purchase and maintenance.
