Addison Brothers Visit KACC
Over the years, KACC has welcomed lots of wonderful students who have gone on their merry way meeting their goals and embarking on satisfying careers.
What is incredibly fun for me, as Principal of KACC, is to see 3 of those students, all brothers, who returned to our school the other day to visit their former teachers. As a mother myself, I can only imagine how proud Mrs. Addison is of her children. They are a fine example of the great group of students from near and far we have the opportunity to help Prepare for Tomorrow. These young men were prepared!
Rashaad Addison attended the Career Center spending a year in the computer technology program and then on to collision repair technology. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Criminal Justice/Criminology, and then went on and is working on his Master's Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology in hopes of having a career in human resources.
Ryan Addison, who studied Computer technology at KACC for 2 years, got his Associates Degree in Culinary Arts, and then went on to pursue his Bachelors Degree in Business. He goes to college in New York and is on track to graduate with his BA this coming December.
Ron Addison, the first of the Addison brothers to attend KACC, spent one year in Pre-Engineering and one year in Business Technology/Entrepreneurship before heading to SIU-Carbondale. Ron earned his Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Technology. Ron has signed on to service our country in the U.S.. Army and heads off to boot camp in September. Aside from serving the U.S.., Ron is looking forward taking his Aviation Technology to the next level and learning to fly helicopters.
All of us at KACC continue to wish Rashaad, Ryan and Ron the very best in their future endeavors and hope they continue to let us know how their futures unfold. They will undoubtedly do very well.
