KACC Welding StudentSummers off sound good? This part-time position offers an opportunity to help shape tomorrow’s workforce. Kankakee Area Career Center, located in Bourbonnais, has an immediate opening for a welding teacher’s assistant to work with juniors and seniors from 16 area high schools. Associates Degree or eligible for paraprofessional certification required and welding experience or eligible for a provisional teaching certificate (8,000 hours professional work in your field or 2,000 hours worked with an Associates Degree. Successful candidate must agree to fingerprint background check and physical. IMRF Retirement, Sick and Personal time off. Position runs concurrent with school year.
