Peggy Buehler - All in on Preschool
Launch the media gallery 1 playerSometimes, we really get lucky here at KACC. We sure enough did when we were introduced to Peggy Buehler.
Peggy joined team KACC in September as our Preschool Lab Coordinator. Ms. Buehler has worked in child care for the last 22 years. She has experience in preschool centers, in home child care, and countless hours invested in early childhood development. She recognized her interests early and earned her Child Development Associate Certification.
Since joining KACC, Ms. Buehler has immersed herself in working with our Juniors and Seniors to provide meaningful curriculum in the Preschool Lab. Learning while having fun is surely the way to go for our 3 to 5 year-olds.
On a personal note, Ms. is married to her "wonderful husband, Dave." They have "three amazing children" and we have a one and a half year old french bulldog named Enzo. Their oldest daughter, Makayla, is finishing up her senior year at ISU; studying to be a high school English teacher. Gabriella is finishing up her last few months at Aesthetician school. Their youngest, Tyler, is an "avid sports player," who will be graduating 8th grade in the spring.
Mr. Buehler says that in her free time, she "Loves spending time with my husband, children, family, and friends. We love watching Tyler play sports, the girls and i love to shop, and we love taking family trips up to Door County."
"I am very excited to be a part of the KACC family," she continued; "and am looking forward to learning new things and helping the students further their education in early childhood; preparing them for a job and furthering their education after they graduate."
